Teri Hatcher

Teri HatcherTeri Lynn Hatcher was the daughter of Teri Hatcher, born in Palo Alto California on December 8th, 1964. Her mother, Esther, was a computer programmer for Lockheed Martin, and her father, Owen, was an electrical engineer and nuclear physicist. Teri was born in Sunnyvale and studied ballet at San Juan School of Dance. Fremont High School was where she was the Featherettes the dance captain. She also was recognized with the "Most Likely To Be the Solid Gold Dancer" award. After graduating Hatcher pursued a degree in engineering and math at De Anza College and took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri admitted that she'd been sexually assaulted by her uncle Richard Hayes Stone, from the age of 5. she assisted Santa Clara County prosecutors with their case against him following an innocent 14-year-old victim of Stone's death by suicide. Stone was found guilty of four counts of molestation. He died from colon cancer while in prison
