Apollonia Kotero

Patricia Apollonia Kotero (born Patricia Apollonia Kotero) is a famous American actress, singer as well as a former model. Her most well-known role was co-starring in the film of Prince's Purple Rain and for having been the main singer for the group of girls Apollonia 6. The actor and singer named Apollonia by Prince was one of many female musicians in the '80s who benefited from her relationship with the Purple One. Sex Shooter was only a small achievement for the group however, she had an even bigger impact as Prince's duet partner on Take Me with You on the soundtrack. The relationship between Kotero and Prince came to an end when the duo were at odds over her career direction. Apollonia 6, the organization she was a part of was split. She was in a number of small films, including Purple Rain's sequel Under the Cherry Moon (which she did not want to be in) after which she was offered the lead role as Falcon Crest on the Night-Time drama Falcon Crest from 1985-1986. Apollonia had the opportunity to make her debut album available in 1988. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a lasting impression on music lovers and was soon obliterated from the spotlight. The actress continued acting (if somewhat unnoticed) throughout the following decade. Small TV appearances, minor films, and workout videos kept her active. Apollonia recorded a Spanish/English Album called Stay with me in 1997. Following her return to the university and receiving a bachelor's degree in filmmaking. Then she founded her own company.
